No novo episódio do Inova Craft Insights, Queit Zunino conversou com três Crafters do time de Tecnologia que tiveram um papel fundamental no sucesso de mais uma maratona de criação de experiências. Lucas Scheid, Fabio Munhoz e Lucas Leal mostraram como nosso hackathon foi muito além de resolver desafios técnicos, garantir ambientes seguros e estruturar dados, mas sobretudo, conseguiu engajar e motivar pessoas para trabalhar juntas em prol de algo maior. Eles reforçaram a importância de conectar habilidades, entregar-se ao processo, abraçar o desconhecido, aprender em poucos dias o que normalmente levaria meses e, claro, reconhecer o privilégio de viver isso coletivamente.
